Our girls have prepared a series of aerobic classes that will help us stay in shape every night. If you want something you've never had, you must be willing to do something you've never done. Once you are exercising regularly, the hardest thing is to stop it. Everything looks good on a skinny girl, especially when she's working out! Human bodies are designed for regular physical activity. When doing your aerobic exercise, go at a comfortable pace until you've developed more staa. With that body and attitude, Mellissa has what it takes to go anywhere she wants! There are a lot of things you can do to stay in shape. You can go running, or get on a bike. You can even just walk. The great thing about staying in shape is that there are lots of ways to do it. You don't have to join a gym either. You can get an exercise program and do it right at home. If you keep your body in shape, you'll feel better and be healthier. Sometimes, no matter how important your goals are to you, it's a struggle to bring your best effort to your gym session (or work up the motivation to make it happen at all). But whether you're trying to lose weight, train for a race, keep your stress in check, or any of the other worthwhile reasons to make fitness a part of your life, staying consistent is key.
